You don't have to do anything bad to get blocked
Picture a typical crypto user: a steady IT job, freelance side income, part of it paid in crypto. His first deals go through friends he fully trusts.
Then come airdrops, DEX trading, farming and staking, an account on a major exchange, P2P deals and exchangers with attractive rates.
He has never bought anything on the darknet and never took part in fraud schemes. Yet one day, while depositing funds to an exchange, his account gets blocked under AML rules and he is asked to prove the origin of his funds โ and collecting years of P2P chats and deal records turns out to be nearly impossible.
All of this could have been avoided by checking counterparties โ and his own addresses โ in time. Don't be like him: check the Risk Score before interacting with a counterparty.
